Yog is a very big process. A small part of it is called Yoga.

Today you can see many people doing yoga all over the world.  People doing yoga in Western countries are increasing because human beings are very upset due to mental stress and many diseases, and yoga therefore helps them in this thing.

Today man needs it most because according to today's environment

Today, every person's life is in turmoil, neither is our time to sleep, nor is there any reason for this to come, man is no longer the same

Man has forgotten his discipline, due to which he gets many diseases.  Today, every human has some disease or the other and this is the main reason for this.


Yoga feeds us the way we live.  He teaches us discipline.  Which is why we can adjust our mind like before

The beginnings of Yoga were developed by the Indus-Sarasvati civilization in Northern India over 5,000 years ago.

The word yoga was first mentioned in the oldest sacred texts, the Rig Veda. 

The Vedas were a collection of texts containing songs, mantras and rituals to be used by Brahmans, the Vedic priests

Yoga was born in Hinduism millions of years ago and till date everyone has been adopting it in Hinduism.
