India is a country whose culture is the most ancient and the most unique in the world.



India is famous in the world for many such things. One of them is India's food. The food here is very different due to the different Culture here.

Today we talk about some of the drinks found in India and the best for health :-




1.   Lassi 
Lassi – a popular, traditional, yogurt-based drink from Punjab. It is a blend of yogurt, water, spices and sometimes fruit.

Traditional lassi ( "salted lassi", or simply "lassi") is a savoury drink, sometimes flavoured with ground and roasted cumin.
Sweet lassi, however, contains sugar or fruits, instead of spices.


2. Mattha
Mattha is a beverage, originating from the Indian subcontinent, made with dahi or buttermilk mixed with spices and sugar. Plain buttermilk is also called Mattha in the Indian states of Bihar, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh and West Bengal.


3.  Lemon juice
Lemon juice is a rich source of beneficial phytochemicals and has multiple health-promoting effects. Research has found several potential health benefits to drinking lemon juice: Antibacterial Effects. 

4.  Jal jeera

Jal-jeera, or jaljira, is an Indian beverage. It is flavored with a spice mix known as jal-jeera powder. In Hindi, "jal" means water and "jeera" means cumin. 
The beverage form is essentially lemonade and jaljira powder, and is a popular summer drink in India. 

5.  Buransh

6.  Rooh Afza Sharbat

It is sold commercially as a syrup to flavour sherbets, cold milk drinks, ices, and cold desserts such as the popular falooda. The name Rooh Afza is sometimes translated as "refresher of the soul". It is said that this name was made up by the original formulator of the drink, with possible cultural influences.


7.  Sugarcane juice

Sugarcane juice is the liquid extracted from pressed sugarcane. It is consumed as a beverage in many places, especially where sugarcane is commercially grown, such as Southeast Asia, the Indian Subcontinent



8.  Aam panna
Aam panna or Aam Jhora is an Indian drink renowned for its heat-resistant properties.
It is made from raw mangoes and is yellow to very light green in color, and is consumed as a tasty and healthy beverage to fight against the intense Indian summer heat


9.  Badam milk
Almond milk is a plant milk manufactured from almonds with a creamy texture and nutty flavor,
 although some types or brands are flavored in imitation of dairy milk


10.   Jigar thanda
Jigarthanda is a cold beverage, that is famous in the South Indian city of Madurai in Tamil Nadu, India. It translates to "cool heart" in English. It is generally prepared and served at roadside stalls as a refreshment during the Indian summer

11.  Pudina Sharbat
